Delete in the app
- Open NearbRun and go from Home to My Page.
- In Settings, choose Delete account.
- Review the data to be deleted, verify your identity, and confirm.
Deletion of the sign-in account and associated data begins immediately.
Request by email
Sending the request from the email address used to sign up helps us verify the account faster.

- Run sessions and running preferences synchronized to the server
- Reviews, safety feedback, and character progress
- Push notification tokens and account associations
Data remaining only on your device can also be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
Processing times and exceptions
Deletions successfully completed in the app take effect immediately. Email requests requiring additional checks are normally processed within seven days after identity verification. The minimum information legally required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or other purposes is stored separately for the required period and then deleted.
Alternatives to deletion
- To stop only push notifications, turn off notifications in app settings.
- To withdraw only location or health permissions, change NearbRun permissions in your phone settings.
- To delete only local records on your device, use your operating system's clear-app-data feature.
