2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You must not use another person's account or interfere with the operation of the service.
- You can start account deletion in app settings at any time.
3. Route recommendations and running safety
- Recommended routes and safety scores are reference information based on public data, map information, and user settings.
- They may not fully reflect real-time conditions such as roadworks, weather, traffic, access restrictions, or GPS errors.
- You must prioritize on-site signs and applicable rules and immediately leave the route or stop running if you consider it dangerous.
- NearbRun does not provide medical diagnoses or professional training prescriptions. Consult a healthcare professional if you have health concerns.
4. Prohibited uses
- Unauthorized access to the service, servers, or other users' accounts
- Disrupting free infrastructure or service stability through automated bulk requests
- Submitting false safety reports, rights-infringing content, or illegal information
- Unauthorized copying or resale of the app or route data
5. Service changes and interruptions
Features may be temporarily limited for safety, security, maintenance, free-infrastructure quotas, or unavoidable external service outages. Important changes will be announced in the app or on the official website where possible.
6. User content
You retain the rights to reviews and safety feedback you create. You permit this content to be displayed and processed as necessary to provide the service and improve safety, and must not submit content that violates laws or the rights of others.
7. Scope of responsibility
NearbRun maintains service accuracy and stability within reasonable bounds. However, it does not guarantee outcomes arising from users' on-site judgments, device or GPS conditions, communication failures, or errors in maps or external services. This clause does not affect liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms and inquiries
